Terms and conditions

Courses

All courses are conducted by suitably qualified trainers.

Whilst it is expected trainers will deliver courses as advertised, Subbies for Success is not liable or responsible for course delivery or content.

The responsibility for the delivery of courses as advertised belongs to the trainers.

Subbies for Success is not liable if any trainer does not deliver courses as advertised.

Courses will attract a deposit and be paid in full prior to the course commencing.

Any transactions paid by VISA, Master Card or American Express will incur a booking/ handling charge as shown on the invoice or relevant paper work. Any direct deposit payments will not attract a booking or handling charge.

Unless otherwise stated on your invoice, cancellations will not be accepted less than 6 working days prior to the commencement of any courses. Cancellations received from 10 working days to 7 working days prior to the commencement of courses will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Subbies for Success reserves the right to postpone or cancel any courses that do not achieve the minimum number of attendees or due to illness of trainers.

Acceptance to attend courses constitutes an acceptance of these terms and conditions and indemnity of Subbies for Success from any legal or other action.

Advertising and receipt of articles and information

Unless stated, pictures used in articles are chosen as examples only to explain certain conditions and any resemblance to a project is purely coincidental and Subbies for Success is not liable for any misinterpretation.

Subscriptions

Where Subbies for Success charges a subscription for copyright services or material provided eg Contracts Management System, should the subscription expire for any reason and is not renewed, the user/s is/are to cease using the systems/forms etc immediately or they will be in contravention of their contract/ agreement and subject to legal proceedings.

Receipt of payment for subscriptions or services constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions which may vary from time to time

General

Information provided that is sourced from publicly available locations will be used by Subbies for Success and is for general information only and Subbies for Success is not responsibile for its accuracy.

Attendees and participants in Subbies for Success courses and/or events grant permission for their photographs/videos and information to be used for marketing purposes.

Any purported gestures or promises not made in writing will not form part of any contract.

GST

Subbies for Success is not registered for GST.

Travel

Any travel or accommodation costs are not included in any quote or price unless expressly stated as included.
